Positive: Amazing views, excellent location. Very beautiful property with an awesome pool for those hot Southern California days.
Negative: Beds are hard and uncomfortable, front door is not very sturdy, a slight push and it will open right up. But why do that when you can just walk around back and go through the sliding door that doesn't have a lock that works. You can see rodent droppings through out the back patio. We wanted to enjoy the hot tub with the spectacular views, remove the lid and it's riddled with debris and bugs. If you have little ones, don't allow them to get near the railing on the deck, not very safe as it wiggles a lot.
Summary: So much potential.
